The United States international swapped Chelsea for Milan last summer for just £17 million ($22m) – four years after he joined the Blues for £58m ($73.8m). After struggling with injuries, form, and game time at Stamford Bridge, the 25-year-old has resurrected his career at the Italian giants and now he has spoken about how things have changed for him, while rating his performances this term.

He told : "During my last two seasons at Chelsea, I suffered injuries and some managerial changes didn’t help. It’s been exactly the opposite at Milan. I’ve felt the trust of everyone from day one. It was a big turning point. What rating do I give myself? No more than seven."
THE BIGGER PICTURE
The former Borussia Dortmund man was, perhaps, a tad modest about his exploits for the Serie A side this season, as he has scored 15 goals, bagged nine assists and barely missed a game for Milan. This move has clearly done wonders for the USMNT forward and with Chelsea spending billions on new players since Todd Boehly's arrival as owner in 2022, in what has been a tumultuous period, it appears that Pulisic made the right call to get out from west London.
